Class Offerings
Below are the descriptions of the classes offered.. Spin : This is an indoor group cycling class. If burning calories and getting a good cardio workout is what you're after come give spin a try. Just bring plenty of water and a towel. This class is offered Monday morning at 9am, Thursday evening at 5:30pm and Saturday morning at 9:15am. Get Pumped: This is a "total body weight training class" using barbells, plates and dumbbells. If you need motivation to get strong and lift weights, this is the class for you. Great music and a friendly atmosphere to help get your RIPPED!! This class is offered Tuesday and Thursday morning at 9am, Monday evening at 6:30, and Saturday morning at 10:15am. HIIT Bootcamp: Our HIIT Bootcamp is a high intensity interval training Bootcamp class where you will do weighted exercises, cardio exercises and maybe even some partner/group exercises. Most are designed for you to do as many reps as possible in each interval which is a great way to burn fat and calories. And maybe have some fun! This class is offered Wednesday morning at 9am and Tuesday evening at 6:30pm. Piyo: A Yoga and Pilates inspired workout for all fitness levels. PiYo isn't like standard Pilates and yoga classes that make you hold long, intense poses, or lead you through dozens of repetitive, microscopic core movements. PiYo speeds everything up—including your results—by introducing you to dynamic, flowing sequences that can burn serious calories at the same time as they lengthen and tone your muscles and increase your flexibility. With every action-packed PiYo session, you can burn excess fat and sculpt and define your whole body, as you minimize the aches and pains that can come along with high-impact workouts. No matter your age, no matter your body type, PiYo will help give you dramatically visible, incredibly beautiful results. This class is offered Monday evening at 5:30pm. Pilates: In this class you will perform exercises with and without equipment that are designed to improve strength and flexibility for the whole body. This class is offered Tuesday evening at 5:30 pm. Kickboxing: This high energy class uses different punches and kicks with some martial arts inspiration to burn a ton of calories and help with stress relief. This is a non-contact class that will leave you feeling like a champ. This class is offered Friday mornings at 9. Give yourself some extra time and try Core right before at 8:30! Kickboxing/Core: Short on time? Check this class out. You get a half hour of the Kickboxing class described above, followed by a 30 minute complete core workout. Exercising muscles around the core, provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, - it’s the glue that holds everything together. This class is offered Wednesday evening at 5:30 Remember when trying a new class you should try and arrive a little early to make sure you have time to get any equipment ready you may need.
