Alpha Wrestling is launching our postseason workouts and everyone is welcome. Ages 8 and up are encouraged to join. Younger wrestlers are welcome to try it as well if they can bring a partner of similar size.
These practices are intense. Expect functional strength training, conditioning, cardio, running and hill sprints, along with hard live wrestling. Every session is structured with drilling and focused workouts designed to make you a stronger, faster, better wrestler.
Ever wonder why some kids seem to keep winning the tough matches and tournaments all season long? This is the difference. Consistent hard work and training with like minded partners who are pushing for the same goals.
This is not an open mat. This is organized training built around discipline, effort, and improvement.
