Throwback to our June Pride celebration! Pride Glow Flow has been so much fun every year and I am so thankful to hold space for our local LGBTQIA+ community! 🏳️‍🌈

Just itching to get back to the studio and spend time with my fellow yogis again. We will be getting back into the 𝐟𝐥𝐨𝐰 of things very soon! 🧘🏼‍♀️🫶🏻

LOOK. AT. THIS. BABY!!! Aralia Eliza Rose born July 15th at 2:23pm (7lbs 12oz — 19 inches) 🩷🩷 is already back at it and teaching tonight’s beginner hot yoga.
….Kidding! But would you be all that surprised if she was? Congratulations momma, she’s gorgeous!

Couldn’t imagine going through this first pregnancy without yoga and movement! So thankful for my body and the ability to stay active. ✨
