With the impending snow storm, please check social media or the website to make sure classes haven’t been cancelled before coming to class! Since there is a no travel advisory starting at 6am, it is likely that the morning classes will be cancelled. We will re-evaluate for the evening classes. Stay safe!

Don’t forget! Classes are at the new studio tomorrow! 1927 Russell St. Exit 8, North on Old Belle, right on Russell, next right. Grey building with the blue roof. Yoga/Cycling upstairs.

The Monday and Wednesday 5:45am Kettlebell classes will be at the old studio. These classes will be cancelled after Wednesday. We WILL honor your remaining punches so you can try out our MWF 5am Crossfit Classes! We know that you’ll love them!! Certified coaches are on staff to scale/modify the workout to your needs. All studio classes will start at the new space tomorrow Sunday 2/24 at 1927 Russell St.!

Wow! What a whirlwind, but it has been sooo worth it. Can’t wait to see everything in action! So thankful for all of our friends and family who have been helping us! We seriously couldn’t have done it without them.
