Spearfish runners who wants to do some group track/speed work? Amber Koehler and I will be offering the speed work on Wednesday mornings at 5:30 am starting October 11th! We are thankful for Mike Albin and Black Hills Running Company sharing their workout schedule with us! Stay tuned for location of the workouts!
