LET ME BE ABUNDANTLY CLEAR:
Band work is great.
Pilates? Great.
Body weight work? Great.
AND in terms of PROGRESSING in the long term, bands and body weight only go so far.
I’m talking about lifting challenging loads so you can perform the best you can in your daily life until you die.
I’m talking about lifting challenging loads so you can *hopefully* avoid things like osteoporosis and easily broken bones.
I’m talking about this because whether you’re a competitive athlete or an everyday athlete, it matters.
