Honestly, this really is a great time to start CrossFit. We just started new programming which gives everyone a fresh start. Also, joining the gym has never been easier.
1. Text Tal, the gym owner, at (864) 345-3589.
2. Pick a class. Tal will help you schedule your first class and let the coach you are coming.
3. Show up. The first class is $20. If you decide to join, that $20 will be applied to your first month’s membership.
