Message from TCT President Josh Bailey:
Congratulations to Keith and Kenny Green for hosting the largest TCT tournament of the season!
I would like to give a special shoutout to all the spectators, especially those in the downstairs ballroom. Your patience and understanding was noticed. It was a LONG day, but the action was nonstop! Most of our younger underbelt divisions had 6, 7, or more competitors. The growth of these divisions is a great indicator of the future. We will continue to pour into the competitors with great experiences at every TCT tournament. Some won, but everyone learned.
I was so happy with my team! TCT Director Caleb Addison, TCT Commissioner Carrissa Merchant, TCT Uventex Liaison Shanoree Christina Phillips, TCT Promoter Natalie Allen, and TCT Promoter Mark Holley and his daughter K'La Holley worked hard to make sure the event ran as smoothly as possible.
Don't forget the divisions could be stacked, you might be the only competitor, there could be 298 competitors or 12, but there would not be a single division ran without judges. We had some great judges that were dedicated to running their rings and making each ring a great experience for the competitors.
The next TCT tournament, the last one before the championships, is Battle of Camden on October 3, 2026! Promoter Natalie Allen is going to host a great tournament that you don't want to miss (especially if you are trying to lock in the number one seed for the championships or secure becoming the Points Champion).
