The Firm Fitness Center is a local, family owned business. Its innovative and unique floor plan design makes it an ideal environment for all fitness levels. It offers 6000 square feet of weight training equipment, cardio machines, and 2000 square feet for group fitness, power lifting and CrossFit. In addition to offering state of the art equipment, the Firm is home to top notch personal trainers and fitness instructors and the Kid Strong children's fitness program.
