Being a professional musician, living on the road, and living an unhealthy lifestyle nearly killed me. Running and working out helped save my life twenty eight years ago. I thought that if it worked for me, maybe I could help others that are struggling to make positive changes in their lives. My mother died from lung cancer when she was thirty nine years old and her brother died from a heart attac

2024-I am celebrating 30 years as a Personal Trainer. My journey began in 1994 at One to One Fitness. 1995-I became a Nautilus Certified Trainer.

Today, I’m an American Council On Exercise Certified Personal Trainer, Health Coach and Group Fitness Instructor.

I’m thankful for the instructors and gym owners that helped me hone my skills, and for the clients that hired me to train them.
