One of our favorite traditions at Momfit is celebrating birthdays.

From first birthday to seven, we have learned birthdays aren’t about Pinterest-perfect parties—they’re about celebrating growth, making memories, and reminding our kids how deeply they’re loved.

Every year looks a little different. The cakes, themes, and guest lists change. But one thing never does: taking a moment to look back at how far they’ve come and soak in who they’re becoming.

Here’s to seven years of watching James grow—and to all the moms celebrating another trip around the sun with their own kiddos. ❤️🎉
