Lace up your sneakers for CHAD's 2025 Health Walk. The warm-up begins at 7:45am and the walk starts at 8am. You have an option to walk the 5K (3miles), Walk the Track, or to do Chair Yoga.

Meet us at the front of the stage at 7:45am to get warmed up with Jill Robinson.
