Fitness is who I am. In Him I find my mental and emotional strength, but fitness is where I find my physical strength. It challenges me, shows me what I'm capable of, gives me a goal to work toward, and allows me to share my passion. When you do what you love and love what you do, it doesn't feel like work and I am so blessed to have fitness as both my career and my hobby. I started working in fitness for myself and now I dedicate every day to helping others with their fitness goals.

If you’re wondering what a day in the life of Trainer Tianna is like or you have questions about what I do or what Training By Tianna entails, this was just one day of the week! I trained 9 clients and taught a private dance lesson and 2 hours of group lessons yesterday so I’m spending today answering messages in between clients and preparing for yoga tomorrow!
