Great coaching starts with continued learning! 🤸‍♀️✨

Our coaches have been hard at work sharpening their spotting skills, learning new coaching techniques, and finding even better ways to support our athletes.

At Sparkle City, we believe investing in our coaches means investing in every gymnast who walks through our doors.

Better coaching. Safer training. Stronger athletes. 💜✨

Repetition. Patience. Progress. 💜

Every great gymnast starts somewhere, and every front handspring is another step toward something bigger.

These girls are putting in the work, building confidence, and getting a little better every single practice. We couldn’t be more proud of their effort! 👏✨

Last weekend, some of our Sparkle City staff attended the 2026 USAG Region 8 Congress in Duluth, GA!

Our coaches had the opportunity to learn new skills, coaching techniques, and important updates to help us continue growing as a program.

At Sparkle City, we believe great coaching starts with continued learning. We are always investing in our staff so we can provide the best, safest, and most positive experience possible for our athletes.

We’re excited to bring what we learned back into the gym! ✨
