Guess what y’all…..It’s a new month and that means it’s time for a new challenge!!! Heading into month 3 and sharing my 60 days results of completing each challenge every single day no matter what…🚫excuses!!!! I encourage you to join in and track your progress as well!!! It’s tough but it’s worth it!!!
Month 1- 1 mile run daily ✅
Month 2- 50 burpees & Squats daily✅
Month 3- 50 in and outs, raise ups, mountain climbers and jumping jacks daily (I will post each exercise in a few!)
