📢 IMPORTANT 40TH ANNUAL SFWDA DIXIE RUN REMINDER
The SFWDA Dixie Run is a CLOSED EVENT and is NOT open to the general public. You must pre-register with SFWDA or register upon arrival to participate.
To help everyone have a smooth, safe weekend at Golden Mountain Off-Road Park, please read these important reminders before arriving:
🏁 THURSDAY ARRIVAL
The main gate opens at 2:00 PM Thursday for participant arrivals. If you need to arrive before 2:00 PM, please contact Aaron Roddy ahead of time.
⚠️ EVERYONE MUST ENTER THROUGH THE LOWER GATE.
At the lower gate, you will check in, sign required waivers, and complete your vehicle Tech Inspection.
Your rig MUST have:
✅ First Aid Kit
✅ Fire Extinguisher
✅ Battery properly secured
Once check-in and inspection are complete, you will receive a camping pass and/or wristband. Keep your pass with your vehicle for the entire weekend—it will allow you to enter and exit through the upper gate.
📦 REGISTRATION PACKETS
After check-in, proceed to the Upper Parking Lot to pick up your registration packet. This may include your wristband, meal tickets, registration information, and any pre-ordered shirts or merchandise.
🏕️ CAMPING
After picking up your packet, you may choose your camping area and set up camp.
🚨 THE SOFTBALL FIELD AND RACETRACK ARE COMPLETELY OFF-LIMITS ALL WEEKEND.
Do NOT drive or park on either area. Anyone caught doing so will be asked to leave the event.
Some RV sites and pavilions have already been reserved through Golden Mountain. If you did not reserve one, please do not park in it, set up in it, or block it.
🚛 TRAILER PARKING
Once your campsite is set up, please take your trailer back to the lower parking lot for the weekend. This will help maximize camping space for everyone.
🌙 NO NIGHT RIDING AFTER 11:00 PM
Golden Mountain Speedway & Off-Road Park has a strict NO NIGHT RIDING policy after 11:00 PM. Anyone caught on the trails after 11:00 PM will be asked to leave.
If you need to recover a vehicle after hours, please contact an SFWDA Board Member first. Board members will be wearing a gray polo or gray mechanic-style shirt with the SFWDA logo.

Please respect the park, follow the rules, pick up after yourself, and help us show the community what responsible off-roading is all about.
