I haven't posted here in a long time, but just thought I should update everyone to say I am teaching again, but I'm teaching Pound at the YMCA on Saturdays at 10 and Tuesdays at 5:45! We use something similar to drum sticks to work out with a combination of cardio, toning, some yoga and a little bit of "dancy" moves.
