TBT - These are the wood discs we used for the Justin Trails Open Disc Golf Tournament in 2024. Winners of each Division received one of these wood discs. It's really cool that they are made of different kinds of wood. :)

Will you be joining us for the Little La Crosse Watershed (FOLLOW) meeting tonight from 6:00 - 8:00 PM tonight at Justin Trails Resort?

It's a potluck, please bring a dish to pass.

The meeting includes:
6:00 - Dinner
6:30 - Sydney Widell will speak about the DATCAP grant of $15,400, Nature Conservancy grant of $10,000 and and the Sand County grant totaling $100,000 over 3 years.
7:00 - Report about the Producer-led Watershed Protection Grant Conference in Plover, WI.
7:15 - Other Water Shed Groups in Wisconsin
7:40 - Plan field trips to view conservation practices for the spring, summer and fall.
8:00 Adjourn

Nice day for some disc golf. High of 47 degrees and sunny today. Partly cloudy. Wind 6 mph. Winds light and variable. $10 to play our Classic & Big Brother Disc Golf Courses. $100 season pass. This photo is from one of our Justin Trails Open Disc Golf Tournaments. This year's tournament is September 19 & 20.

Day 4 of work on removing sumac and cottonwood tree. The morning began with drizzle, but the sumac and 2 1/2 year dead cottonwood burned amazingly well when the wind picked up.
