‼️Tomorrow is the last day to register for Fall Ball ‼️

Our brand new fall league is for our Minors (Grades 3–5) and Majors (Grades 6–8) divisions and gives a girls to sharpen up their skills, get ready for spring and learn what our Spring season is all about.

League Details:
🥎 Girls in Grades 3–8
📅 Season: Week of September 7 – October 18
⚾ Sunday afternoon doubleheaders (10 games total)
💪 One weekday practice each week (can't make it because of other fall commitments, don't worry, we'll work with you!)
🤝 Games against Jefferson, Rockaway & Hopatcong

Spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and once teams are full, players will be placed on a waiting list.

We are proud to host the First Annual Mike Petershack Memorial Tournament in honor of a beloved friend, father, husband, and coach who is no longer with us.

Mike had a deep passion for softball and the athletes who played the game. He dedicated countless hours to helping build the program and creating lasting memories for players and families. His presence is still felt throughout the fields. Every time a player jumps when a ball hits the metal roof, think of Mike—it was his idea.

Mike also loved the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. September was always a time he looked forward to each year. Whether on the field, in the woods, or on the water, Mike valued time with family and friends and the memories created along the way.

Proceeds from this tournament will go toward the future construction of a pavilion in honor of Mike at Ungerman Field, where families can gather, enjoy food or ice cream, and watch their children play.

Introducing Sparta Softball's NEW Fall Recreation League!

We're excited to launch our very first Fall Rec Softball League for girls in 3rd–8th grade!

Whether your daughter is looking to continue playing after the summer, sharpen her skills, or see what our Minors (Grades 3–5) or Majors (Grades 6–8) divisions are all about before spring, Fall Ball is the perfect opportunity.

**This is for Rec only. Girls registered for club and travel teams are not eligible to play**

League Details:
🥎 Girls in Grades 3–8
📅 Season: Week of September 7 – October 18

The Sparta Diamonds is a town travel softball organization focused on player development, teamwork, competition and fun — and we’re excited to welcome new players for the upcoming season!

Tryouts are open to:
🥎 Sparta residents
🥎 Girls who attend Sparta schools
🥎 Out-of-town players are welcome to try out too

If your player is looking to grow her game, build confidence and be part of a strong softball community, we’d love to see her on the field.
