I have been training hard. Finishing up Build 2 this week. Over the next two weeks I will be tapering and then racing May 19th at the Black Bear Olympic Distance Triathlon.

This session emphasized functional triathlon strength training principles and the importance of core strength. We finished up with a discussion on nutrition and nutrient timing for maximum athletic performance. Kayt is off to a good start with her training.
