Congratulations to Irving earning this week’s Beast award. After scoring multiple goals over two games, he dropped back to a defensive position to help preserve our final clean sheet victory of the Spring season. Congratulations, Irv, you’re our Beast of the Week!

The SESC Elite 2012 Boys hit the pitch today in their last day of EDP play with two games.

The first game was against Central Carroll SC, which the boys won 6 to 2.

The evening game was against SAC with a dominating performance which lead to a 6 to 0 win.

The boys have once again won their division in EDP, with a 6-0-1 record.

Way to go Elite players and coaches.

We’re excited to welcome players to our 2nd tryout for next year’s U15 team tonight from 8:00–9:30 PM at Sparrows Point Park.

Despite a brief thunderstorm delay at our last session, the boys made the most of it—starting with some great team bonding in the rec room. Once the weather cleared, they hit the field and followed it up with an outstanding tryout filled with energy, effort, and competitiveness.

Coach Matt, Coach Mark and Coach Bill are looking forward to another great night and seeing more players compete for a spot on next year’s squad.

After two strong training sessions last week, Ashton played a tremendous game on Sunday. He was tenacious on both sides of the ball, transitioning stout defense into dangerous attacking situations throughout the midfield! Congratulations BEAST!

The SESC 2012 Elite Boys took 2nd place in Delaware Independence Cup.

It is tough to beat a team twice in the same tournament and that is what happened to the boys. It was a tough loss 1 to 0, to Salisbury AC.

The game came down to the wire with 2 corner kicks in the last moments of the game to try to tie it up but the boys couldn't find the back of the net.

A tough ending, but a valuable lesson and another step forward for this group. On to the next.

The SESC 2012 Elite Boys had their 1st day on the pitch in the Delaware Independence Cup.

The boys won their 1st two games as they head into the second day of competition tomorrow.

The boys outscored their opponents 8 to 1. The teams communication and passing on the field helped them dominate their opponents.
