If you are interested in a practice run of the first 8 miles of the MRC Reno Clubhouse Ultra #1 on Saturday 8/29 then meet at Piñon Bottle South 9am to carpool to Washoe Lake State Park, drop off a vehicle or two, and then meet at Shoe Tree Brewing Company at 10am. Expect a pace to accomplish the 8 miles in just under 2 hours. Pizza and beer at Piñon Bottle South around 1pm. Naturally.

MRC Reno friends love trails, teamwork, and the thrill of running up and down the Sierra. Erin and Trendi led 5-person relay teams and conquered the Pt. Mariah Trail Marathon, and Mike Fitzsimmons ran the whole dang thing himself. Thank you to the Donner Party Mountain Runners for organizing another amazing event that brings together the trail community.
