Here’s another member spot light! Meet Debbie. She’s been a member at Eagle Fitness Sparks for a long time now and is our Sparks Member of the Month for March. Debbie is a shining example of showing up for yourself no matter what, no excuses.

She is currently going through chemo treatments and is possibly facing a leg amputation. Most would opt out of workouts at that point. But she says she would go crazy without them! She shows up, works hard and always has a smile on her face. If you see Debbie in the gym, cheer her on! She’s building strength to battle whatever is coming her way as she knows how important the work she does now will make for a smoother recovery down the road. We love you Debbie and we’re so proud of you!

Member Spot Light! This is Andrea. She has suffered from chronic back pain for years and was recently in the Sparks location filming a commercial advocating for non-surgical non-surgical regenerative pain management. The gym is for more than looks. And we love seeing you all make gains in your health and quality of life.

“Today was something truly special…we wrapped filming for a commercial. I always dreamed of being a movie star😎but this was bigger. This was about sharing my story and inspiring others. We had done the interviews. Today was all about action…me doing what I love: working out and training for archery hunts. Things I once thought were impossible.
I am most proud to be back on the squat rack. But please, no haters ☺️… loading just 5-pound weights felt monumental. My form is still a work in progress because I have to modify the bar placement due to my hardware but I’d rather be a work in progress than unable to work out at all. 💪🏽🏋🏽‍♀️🏹

Huge thanks to the incredible doctors who made this day possible:

Dr. Demers magically rebuilt my spine with screws, discs, and cages.

Dr. Wooley, the needle whisperer, delivers Regenexx injections with pinpoint precision.

Miss Monica, my personal physical therapist, putting me back together weekly for 12 years. At this rate, I may have well as earned the “room named after you” award!

The commercial is about non-surgical regenerative pain management, and I am living proof that it doesn’t just work, but it gives you back what pain took from you! 🎉

I must also give a shout-out to my poorly paid🤣 support team:

Paul – my rock, keeping me grounded through the ugly days by wiping my tears and giving me endless massages!

Connie – my personal comedian and voice of reason as well as my hoodie stylist extraordinaire!

Today wasn’t just about the camera…it was about celebrating life after pain! Don’t settle for just surviving. Try new approaches, explore regenerative therapies, and keep moving forward. Life is waiting…go get it.

Member Spot Light! This is Emma. She has been a member with us for a while now and was recently shooting a commercial in the Sparks location to share insight on non-surgical ways to heal back pain she suffered from for years.

Did you know that you can have an orientation with each trainer to find the one that is the best fit for you?
