This 135-acre park along beautiful Spanaway Lake is extremely popular with many year-round activities. Visitors to the park can explore a multitude of aquatic recreation opportunities, including two swimming beaches (no lifeguards), a boat launch and ramp, a fishing pier, handicapped accessible bathrooms, softball fields, basketball courts, five picnic shelters and numerous picnic areas by the south swimming beach, ADA playground equipment with a seating plaza for parents and a three mile trail system by Little Spanaway Lake. In the winter, Spanaway Park is transformed into a magical world of imagination with over 300 elaborate light displays and creative animation for our Fantasy Lights drive-through event.
