phew! we did it! we finally held the Ranch Horse Spectacular after working thru COVID 19 & changing the date multiple times! MANY THANKS to every that help this show be a success! Volunteers always play a huge part! Including Wulli Butler, Bob East, Shawna Painter, Pam Simpson & those I have forgotten! Couldn't of gotten thru it without Bianca who not only works hard but is a constant source of entertainment!

Thank you to my officials Tammie Whitt & Loris Gies who kept things going within the rules.

and a HUGE THANK YOU to everyone that came! the numbers were small but the entries were big and we had a bunch of fun!

I'm sure I've forgotten essential others but our day yesterday was from 7am to 11pm.... and then we had to pack up!

Lastly thanks to all who followed the protocols we had to put in place. it almost makes a person weary to have to constantly be aware of your surrounding, where is my face mask, don't stand too close to anyone even on horseback. Everyone was so cooperative and we GREATLY APPRECIATE that we didn't have any confrontations!

Lastly, Congratulations to the winners listed below! We got some great pics that have been posted!

Before I forget let me take a moment to thank the great folks that have made the inaugural Tacoma Unit Ranch Horse Spectacular a success. Diane Thomas in the announcers booth, Pamela Simpson and Marjie Hicks-prize table, Shawna Painter and Tayler Gardner- running the in-gate and Kristi Johnson-course maintenance and of course Wulli Butler-head honcho that keeps it all straight. A special thanks to Laren Lunan for her long hours dealing with all of the Covid 19 issues and running the office. Quite the team, always stepping up to help.
