As raspberry season winds down here's a fun and delicious recipe you can make with the kiddos. 🧒

💥Did you know:
Sugar is vital to getting your jams and jellies to thicken.
Sugar bonds with the water in fruit forcing the pectin to bond to itself, thus creating the firm, thick texture.

💥Generally you would use about a 3:1 ratio for sugar; i.e., for every 3 cups of fruit you'll add 1 cup of sugar.

💥There is less sugar in this recipe due to the addition of Chia seeds. The chia seeds will bond with the water and thicken, thus giving the jam it's thick consistency, while also adding important nutrients.
