🇺🇸 LABOR DAY CREW PARTY GIVEAWAY! 🇺🇸
Labor Day began during the American labor movement as a way to recognize the workers who helped build and strengthen our country. The first celebration was organized by New York City’s Central Labor Union on September 5, 1882, with a parade followed by a gathering for workers and their families. Labor leaders Peter J. McGuire and Matthew Maguire are both credited with helping initiate the idea. In 1894, President Grover Cleveland signed Labor Day into law as a national holiday.
