Northeast Alabama Wrestling Academy

Northeast Alabama Wrestling Academy NAWA is a youth wrestling club located in Southside, Alabama. Northeast Alabama Wrestling Academy was founded in 2010 by Eddie Thompson and Toby Ryals.

The club was organized for the sole purpose of training and educating young men from grades K-6 in the art of wrestling. Coach Thompson was a state champion wrestler for Southside High School and Coach Ryals is currently an asisitant coach for the Southside High School Wrestling team.

We will be transitioning to the Panther Wrestling Club this year. If you are interested in wrestling with us this year we will have a parent meeting and registration on Nov 8th. We will meet at 5:30 in the wrestling room at Southside. I look forward to meeting you all then. Thanks.
