Established June 9th of 2006, in Gadsden, this entity has been 100% committed to the personal clients that make up this business . Most exciting to be able to share , the 1st client of Personal Fitness is still with us.
She will be featured , and will share what these last 20 years has meant to her with *Fitness* being a part of her life.

Yoga / calisthenics workout

Yoga ( beyond what you see in these fun video clips that my husband Stace Hardin filmed of me ) has helped me create a balance in my life. Behind the scenes, meditation and practicing traditional asana for the past 13 years, has helped me improve my balance, posture, flexibility, patience, and self-awareness. Yoga, for me is truly a workout for my body, mind, and soul. Not every yoga session leads to meditation, but when I walk into my yoga studio (not featured in this video - we are in the weight training room of our private personal training studio) I focus on my asanas (poses) and shut out the world and focus on gratitude and what I need to improve on in my life (whether fitness or in my personal life), prayer 🙏 and meditation.
