When you're tired from an hour of flipping (tramp and dead floor) but you still push yourself, you can still complete a skill. It's not perfect like at the beginning of class but I'm beyond proud of you for pushing yourself to build that stamina. The floor is next!!!!🤍🤍

Been a LOT of progress in the gym lately. Even our RECORDS have been broken (more photos of that to come). But this is so cool. Little Mighty here started her layout lesson and in 10 minutes of examples, drills, explaining how a layout works...this is what she throws 😳🤩🤍
