Our 8u team is the Alabama Recreation and Parks State Champions! In a hard fought 7 inning game against Winfield, Southside won 13-12. Both teams played with all they had. Southside had a total of 3 homeruns in the championship game. 1 each by Hunter Anderson, Hadley Jenkins and Madison Ridgeway. The girls represented our city and league and are coming home champions!

Southside 8u Allstars are advancing to the Alabama Parks and Rec State championship game. They defeated a very good Enterprise team 17-6. The team had several homeruns in the semi final game

6u finishes runner up in the USA Softball Allstar District Tournament. Way to represent! They will play next week in the Area Tournament at Southside Complex. Come out and watch these young ballers in action!

Southside 8u All Stars wins game 2 by a score of 11-0 in the state tournament. The team had a two run homerun by Saige Moody and a solo homerun by Madison Ridgeway. Play resumes in semifinal game tomorrow at 830 am. Way to go girls and coaches.

Southside 8u wins game 1 of the ARPA state tournament. Lexi Chergotakos with a walk off homerun to the center field fence to win the game 10-0. Outstanding defense and hitting by the entire team. Way to represent ladies!

Allstar tournaments started yesterday.

6u and 10u are playing in the district tournament in Oxford and will play next week in the area tournament in Southside.

8u begins play tomorrow in Dothan in the ARPA state tournament.

Today we hosted a charity softball tournament to support the Etowah County Lions Club Mobile Pantry. We will be able to donate $4000 to them. Great turnout and great softball. Congratulations to our winners
