And now for a completely 180 degree turn.......We are currently docked at Liberty Marina in Edgewater, Md. This also the home to Sailaway Catamarans, the brokerage that helped us find and buy Cacique 11 years ago. We have been friends with Tommy Smith, the owner, since we bought her. After speaking to Tommy, we have decided to sell Cacique. It's a seller's market. Cacique will never be in better shape to sell and we are looking for a change. After covid, the hurricane and the repairs, etc we thing it's a good time to shift gears and see what other mischief we can get ourselves into, hopefully at least as expensive as owning a boat! So, in the next few days, we will be working hard to polish the old girl up, pack up our belongings and head back to Southport. We will see everyone around the end of the coming week. Thanks to all of our friends in the boating community who have been so helpful and generous with their time. So buckle up.......
