New moon Gongs & Grace

Settle in by candlelight and drop in and relax as the gongs’ vibrations wash over you - these ancient vibrations are known to help us release stagnant energy and bring deep emotions and trauma to the surface for healing. This creates a pathway and more space for grace. Grace arrives when the heart softens- it helps us handle chaos and difficult situations with love and forgiveness. The gong can also help reduce anxiety and can help you create balance, clarity, and a sense of well being.

The practice will begin with hands on assists to settle you, a guided meditation leading into a gong bath to shower you with new moon energy. Come feel at home in your body at home in your mind and at home in the heart while resting in the wide open space of grace.

Please dress comfortably and for warmth as your body can lose heat during this sacred practice.

Reminder! Classes start and end on time. Our doors are locked when classes start to maintain the integrity of the class already in session. Please be sure to arrive a few minutes early and above all, NEVER bang on the door once it’s locked. It’s rude and disrespectful as well as distracting.

A gentle, heart-centered experience with Shannon designed to honor the ones who give, hold, nurture, and love. Whether you are a mother, have a mother, or are tending something sacred within yourself.

Through guided meditation, gentle somatic movement, restorative yoga, Reiki, and a deeply soothing soundbath, this experience is designed to soften the body, quiet the mind, and nourish the heart.

This offering is an invitation to be held instead of holding everything else.

Through nourishing, accessible yoga, grounding breathwork, and guided reflection, you’ll be invited to deepen your relationship with your body and cultivate a steady, compassionate connection within. This practice is designed to support you in releasing patterns that no longer serve you while creating space for clarity, presence, and self-trust.

We’ll also explore simple, supportive tools for living sober with intention, rooted in self-love.

Whether you are one day sober or have been walking this path for years, you are welcome here.

Come as you are. This is a space to be held, to soften, and to remember that choosing yourself is a powerful act of love.
