As silly as it sounds, the hardest part of the past almost 2 weeks, has been remembering to eat. 😳

I know often in my mama days (especially if my husband is at work and isn’t there to make sure I eat) I’ll cook my kids their meals, grab a handful of pretzels and move on with my day.. lol

It’s so easy to just grab a “snack” and go about the running mom list in my head. But taking the extra few minutes to make sure that I’m actually fueling my body has been very eye opening! It’s crazy how much more energy you have when you actually eat to fuel your body! Who would have known 🙄🫣🤦🏼‍♀️😂

Mama’s this is the importance of making your own health a priority too!! If you don’t feel good enough to make it through the day happy, then something has to change! Those extra few minutes I’m giving myself are not the end of the world. The house is still standing. The kids are still happy little meatballs. Nothing has been ruined. We can take the few minutes. Our bodies, and our families will thank us! ☺️

What’s up Y’all!💕

Long time no see, on a real note I’ve been MIA for a hot minute. The last posts on this page came postpartum after I had my second baby back in May of ‘22.

Now I come back to you guys almost two whole years later as a still postpartum Mama of THREE sweet boys! Yup. You guys missed a whole pregnancy and birth. Sorry😂

But here I am, chillin while my kids “car nap”, back on insta and ready to make doing some intentional movement and eating some nutrient dense foods a real priority again!

I’ll be the first to admit that I happily give motherhood my absolute all and don’t mind one bit the very dry cup I’m left pouring from when it comes to taking care of myself.🪫But some recent health things have made me realize that if I don’t take care of myself I won’t be able to take care of these sweet babies either! So it’s time to make a change!

Today I a spent some time writing out a 4 week program for myself and I’m taking you all on the journey along with me. After being pregnant for the majority of the past 4 years, with 4 pregnancies and 3 beautiful babies earth-side with us today, I am beyond excited to be in the headspace to give myself some effort.

As Mama’s we don’t realize how fast our own health can dwindle when we are busy making life perfect for these little humans we love so much. But we have to make our health and wellness a priority too. 💕

So I hope you enjoy the journey I’m about to take you all on! (not that it totally matters if you don’t. 😂)

We’re about to dive back in head first and keep each other accountable!

Some days are really hard. 😩


Sometimes [especially postpartum] you just don’t feel like yourself. Not good enough. Not worthy enough for the journey you are on..💔


But NEVER let those moments that feel like an absolute nightmare make you stop chasing your dreams. ✨


Do all of the things. Feel all of the feelings. Get through those nightmare moments. Then live the life you’ve always dreamed of anyway! 🤩

Did my first full workout since having Owen, and really pushed myself!🙌🏻


Do I have this energy everyday? No. Will I be feeling this tomorrow. Probably. Will I regret putting in the work? Absolutely not!🤩


Working out is so different for me now, than it was even just 3 years ago! I’m not working out for a “look” or a “beach body”(because we all have those.. buttttt that’s a whole different rant 😂).


Today I work out for my health, both mental and physical! 🧠💪🏻 I want to be around to enjoy life with my kids, and my kids kids, and maybe even their kids too! I want to run and play and make all the memories with my babies while they still want to go on adventures with their Mama!🥹


Today I’m inspired by my boys, & my husband.🥰 Together as a family we can conquer the world, and I’m gonna make sure That when we do.. I’m the best version of myself possible!💪🏻💕✨

✨Life Update!✨


Our newest little addition, Owen, joined us earth side May 16th! This sweet little boy has been such a blessing & is so very loved!😍


I have spent the past 7 weeks resting, healing, snuggling my babies and hydrating! (Breastfeeding makes ya girl THIRSTY!😂)


I’ve been easing my way into light workouts and since this pregnancy was very different than my first.. (I lost weight instead of gaining it) My postpartum journey has already been so different.. which isn’t necessarily a bad thing.🤷🏼‍♀️


Regardless, I have some BIG goals, so be prepared to see a lot more of me on here as I embark on this postpartum journey!✨

This pregnancy has absolutely been tougher on my body than my first, so taking it easy and keeping baby and I safe is the #1 priority these days!🤰🏼


I would be lying if I said I wasn’t itching to lift some heavy weights and get a HITT workout in.. but allll good things come to those who wait! Haha💪🏻✨

It’s about how you FEEL! ✨


My workouts these days 🤰🏼 are not looking crazy intense. Round ligament pain is starting to really set in and we are already pretty uncomfortable in some positions! 🤦🏼‍♀️ Haha


But none the less the female body is an amazing thing and even though I’ve done this once already.. I kinda can’t believe I’m growing an entire little person inside of me!?😂


Some days we move A LOT and some days we cuddle on the couch and let my body soak in the rest it deserves.. (as much rest as it can realistically get with a toddler running the roost!😂)


But regardless of pregnancy, movement is still a huge part of my life and is something that makes me FEEL so good!🙌🏻


So no matter what the day brings or what you have going on, get up and move even if it’s just to go refill your coffee! Do something today that makes you FEEL GOOD physically AND mentally!!💪🏻🧠✨

This endurance workout kicked my butt today, but that’s okay because I feel so good for just actually doing the damn thing!!!🎉


One step closer to being out of this funky funk I’ve been hanging out in! That makes my heart feel so happy!🥰


Being in a funk is hard to begin with, but when you’re a mama it’s even harder. I found myself showing up for absolutely everyone, but myself! Which is super not great for me, that’s for sure!🤦🏼‍♀️


But I’m determined to be the best Mama I can be! Which means also being the best ME I can be too!✨


Always remember to make some time for you, and ALWAYS remember Mental fitness is fitness too!🧠💛💪🏻
