Thank you to the DFW Airport Department of Public Safety for including F3 in its 2026 Health & Wellness Fair.

F3 stands for Fitness - Fellowship - Faith. We offer free fitness boot camps for men. Nothing to buy and always free.

We not only help men get back in shape, but we also encourage each other to be better husbands, better fathers, and better leaders in our community.

We are open to all men, all fitness levels, and all ages (18 - 80).

Andrew (nickname Swamper) started at 301 pounds after realizing he was out of breath carrying his daughter up a flight of stairs. He began with better nutrition, then walking, then rucking. But everything changed when he found F3.

He discovered he didn't need to be the fastest. He just needed to keep showing up. The men around him encouraged him, never left him behind, and became brothers.

On Thursday 10/9/25 F3skynet officially became a region of F3 Nation !
We had an amazing 05:15 BD with 50+ men, led by the AO-Q’s of the region!

SKYNET BACKSTORY:
Skynet is the third starfish region from F3 Alliance (the others being F3 Northlake & F3 NFW ).

F3 Alliance decided to essentially split in half with roughly Davis Blvd as a dividing line.
🌎F3 ALLIANCE (WEST of Davis) retains: Keller, Roanoke, Watauga, Haltom Cuty and parts of N.Fort Worth.
🌎F3 SKYNET (EAST of Davis) will take Southlake, Grapevine, Colleyville, NRH, and Hurst/Euless/Bedford…

The name F3 SkyNET came from a brainstorming session the new SLT had where “sky” came as a nod to DFW Airport, and “NET” stands for North East Tarrant (the county).

So please officially welcome F3 SKYNET to F3 NATION!
