Camp Gladiator Southlake worked with 80 SASO (scholars and athletes serving others) young men this weekend! Normally SASO boys and their moms work within the community serving others; however, they also need some personal growth. We worked on the 7 Functional Movement Patterns and the correct form associated with each movement. They learned how to apply these movements into every day life and when they are at the lifting weights!! They also had a little FUN competition and we had two teams win: TEAM BOLOG and the SASO BOYS TEAM! Such a pleasure to work with our young men in Southlake. Way to go SASO!
