Welcome to the Xtreme Nation! We are excited to welcome Coach BoΒ back home to Spirit Xtreme!
βHello, Xtreme Nation! My name is Bo Hawkins, and I am absolutely thrilled to be returning home to Spirit Xtreme!
Having had the opportunity to coach at Spirit Xtreme earlier in my coaching career, this place has remained incredibly special to me. To have my journey bring me back all these years later truly means the world to me. Iβm so excited to reconnect with familiar faces, meet all the new ones, and get to know the incredible athletes and families who make up the Xtreme Nation today.
Cheerleading has been part of my life for more than 25 years, and throughout that time Iβve been fortunate to experience this sport from just about every angle, as an athlete, coach, choreographer, educator, and judge.
As much as I love judging and the technical side of our sport, coaching is where I get to see the impact happen. I love helping athletes understand not just what to do, but why we do it, and watching their confidence grow when things finally click.
Iβm excited to bring everything Iβve learned throughout my career back home, work alongside an incredible staff, and pour into the athletes and families of Spirit Xtreme. It feels pretty special to begin this next chapter somewhere that was already such an important part of an earlier one.
