It is home to CrossFit Factory Square and a state of the art Fitness Center with cardio and strength training equipment. We have created a friendly, enjoyable environment to help exceed your expectations in the Southington area and simply provide so

We pledge to provide a clean, comfortable, state of the art facility with friendly, knowledgeable staff/coaches that will assist you in setting and reaching your goals. Our personal trainers/coaches will work to create unique exercise programs and nutrition regiments to help you maximize your workouts and see positive results. We know this is still about 2 months away, but we wanted to get Row to Remember on everyone’s radar!

We’ve changed the format slightly this year to make it even more family-friendly—and yes, you read that right… we’re doing a toy drive!

Comfort toys can help provide calm, familiarity, sensory stimulation, and a sense of security for people living with Alzheimer’s and dementia.

Recommended donations:
Baby dolls
Stuffed animals
Fidget toys
Sensory balls
Activity blankets
Simple puzzles
Soft blankets

We’ll also be accepting cash donations for those who would prefer to contribute that way.
