Raced GVAT last Saturday.

Just about made hot laps! Found out the car was leaking oil from the cap. It wouldn’t thread. Duct taped the 💩out of it and raced my heat.

The car was decent - I was slated 8th in the 20 car feature. A gear change and I would have been fast. Unfortunately that didn’t get to come to fruition because the oil was still coming out. Blowing the motor wasn’t what we wanted to do. Our night was over and we packed it up and headed home.

As the season nears the end I’m looking forward to the 2027 racing season. We will go into it with some knowledge, have track experience and more friends around as they too will be running micro sprints.

I learned, gave it my all, I had some highs and had some lows but most importantly I had fun and made some memories.

Not bad for the kid who never practiced a day in his life before jumping into my first race.

Raced GVAT last weekend . I was in heat one and started P2. I didn’t get a good start and fell back. Caution came out and during the restart the car in front of me got on the the tire of a car in front of him and it was a chain reaction . They all kept it going-I went dead on the track. Ended up 7th after that and drove it up to 4th . Putting me 10th in the feature. In the feature
I worked my way up to 5th but later fell back after a bad restart. The track was ruff. The ruts made my car hard to handle. I’ve never had power steering but I’m pretty sure it would have come in handy this race. 🤪

Only a few races left in the season. Hoping to make the best of the last few.

Raced at Hamlin Speedway this past Saturday 9/5/26.

Not the night I wanted in this twin 20’s race. Started & Finished P9 in feature one. In feature two I started P7 and was up to 3rd ish after passing 2 slow cars but the 3rd car hit their brakes forcing me to and then a chain reaction started a pileup. Not how I wanted the night to go for me or anyone involved. I went tail
and finished P11. 👎🏻

Photo dump from Saturday’s race at GVAT. I haven’t been here since Hyper Speedweek. I started P5 in heat 3. The car was tight and slow. I finished P6. That put me P18 in the 24 car feature. I picked up 6 spots pretty quick and then the car in front of me started to lose it and was about to wreck and I had to lift. Either I hit someone or they hit me - whatever the case something wasn’t right - the car was off. This sent me back the spots I picked up plus a few. I managed to drive it up to P14
which is where I finished. Before the lift the car felt good. The changes we made picked up the speed needed -
I just couldn’t get it to the front.

Slept through most of the racing Friday😫 throat was killing me, couldn’t breathe through my nose, barking cough & body aches - I was useless 🤪 Feeling better today not sure about sounding better 🤣
