Meet Gina! With a deep background in fitness and corporate wellness and a 200-hour yoga certification from Bloom Yoga, Gina brings a well-rounded, informed approach to every class she teaches. Her classes are rooted in intention, connection, and fun- always offering options so every student feels supported and challenged in their own way. When she’s not on the mat, you’ll find her hiking, camping, traveling, or cooking with her husband (her favorite adventure partner), and proudly wrangling two dogs and a backyard flock of chickens. We can’t wait for you to meet her at Studio Luma! 🐓🧘‍♀️🤍

Meet Alisa! ! An E-RYT 200 & RYT 500, ACE Certified Personal Trainer, and AFAA Certified Group Fitness and Pilates Instructor, Alisa was drawn to yoga more than 20 years ago as a way to find balance in a sometimes unbalanced world, and it has been a cornerstone of her life ever since. She teaches vinyasa, yin, and restorative yoga with a genuine warmth that makes every student feel welcome and at home on their mat. She believes deeply that the lessons learned on the mat carry the most meaning off of it , and she can’t wait to share that journey with you at Studio Luma. We’re so excited to have Alisa with us at Luma every Wednesday!
