The 48th 2026 RAM State Singles Championship, March 28, No Sunday. This is your opportunity to test your skills against the best in the state, enjoy some intense racquetball, great friendships and good hospitality! We are BACK again at the Davison Athletic Club.! Fantastic racquetball has been the focus of the Davison Athletic Club since the seventies and to this day it has the best viewing facility in the state.

Singles divisions will be a combination of single elimination and pool play. The Open division will be single elimination. Open players may require playing on court 14. All age open divisions will be single elimination unless time allows for pool or round robin play.

The elite division will be round robin/ pool play. If 12 players or more enter , the draw may/will be single elimnation.

The A draw will be round robin/ pool play. If 12 or more players enter, the draw may/will be single elimination.

All singles and doubles divisions will be round robin/pool play, 2 - 15 point games. Single elimination matches will be match play with a tie breaker. Players can only enter 2 divisions of any combination singles or doubles, but only one skill division, Open, Elite, A,B, and C.

The raffle will now be a 50/50 cash give away. Tickets are 5$ or 5 for $20.

Player Qualification ; To play in this tournament players must have worked or lived in Michigan for at least six months during the last year, additionally players that have lived sometime in Michigan for at least 5 years may also enter.

Tournament Ball is the Penn HD purple. We would like to thank Penn for sponsoring our event.

We may limit the draw to 60 to avoid Sunday

GOOD NEWS! Start times and brackets for the 27th Annual Motor City Rollout at Zodiac / Foggia's Pizza are now posted at https://www.r2sports.com/website/division-list.asp?TID=52203&sortBy=defaultOrder

A few reminders...

- Check in 30 minutes before your match. You may be able to play ahead of schedule if courts are available and both players are available
- There will be some breakfast items available
- Lunch will be served around noon and there will be food all day
- Coke is available upstairs and Gatorade is downstairs
- Bring your own towels and locks

The first tournament of the new year is 6 days away

One day Saturday January 17

Singles in the morning, doubles in the afternoon depending on number of entries

Food, Drinks, souvenir hoodie

We have a good number to have the tournament, so it is a go

Now we need to fill out these divisions to make it a great event

Many people have been talking and the time is now to enter

Hoodie order will be sent in on Monday and I can not guarantee you will get your correct size if you enter afterwards

BIG NEWS!!! The 2025 RAM State Doubles Championship draw is almost 70% bigger than last year's! Start times and draws are posted now at https://www.r2sports.com/tourney/divisions/listAllDivs.asp?TID=51278&sortBy=defaultOrder

Play begins at 9AM sharp for Elite and A doubles. Please make sure you're there at least 30 minutes prior to you start time.

Thank to all the players who entered as well as Zodiac / Foggia's Pizza for hosting Fall Brawl 3! Start times and draws are posted now at https://www.r2sports.com/website/division-list.asp?TID=51285&sortBy=defaultOrder The club opens at 8 AM and singles will start at 9 AM. The check-in desk should be ready at 8:30 and then you can warm up.

We do have out-of-state players and in-state players that are driving long distance, so let's keep this tournament on time so they can get home safely.

The club wanted me to remind people there is no outside alcohol allowed, but is available to buy. We will supply water, Gatorade and soft drinks but if you'd like to bring your own, you're allowed to. Also, the club does have a restaurant inside and would prefer the tournament players to park further from the front door to allow the restaurant patrons to park there.

We should have a full day of fun Racquetball. For anyone new to Michigan tournaments we will be using the Racquetball Association of Michigan Round Robin rules. Please call your hinders and replay them. You can call court hinders and also replay them.
