In the last 12 weeks, this 68-year-old client has achieved incredible results by committing to a consistent training protocol and nutrition plan. He first started training with us back in September 2023, weighing in at 226 pounds, and he’s now down to 204. Over these months, he’s put in the work, and it’s paid off in a big way.

The first year of training focused on building a strong foundation, helping him develop consistency and strength. Now, in these past 12 weeks, we’ve added a dedicated nutrition protocol to complement his training, and the changes have been remarkable.

Not only has he lost weight, but he’s also seen significant changes in his body composition. He’s dropped 10 pounds of fat mass, reduced his body fat percentage by 5%, and gained 4 pounds of lean muscle. These changes reflect his commitment and consistency, especially with his workouts and daily activity.

What’s helped him reach these results is his dedication to strength training and staying active each day, paired with disciplined nutrition. His journey at 68 is a testament to the power of building a solid foundation and trusting the process to achieve sustainable, lasting results at any age.

🎉💪 Meet Katie Schnieder! 💪🎉

Katie has been lifting for about 2.5 to 3 years, but she got serious about her training in January. Starting at 192 lbs, her sheer determination and relentless effort have brought her down to 186 lbs, and her progress is nothing short of inspiring!

Katie just PR’d:
🏋️‍♀️ Back Squat: 230 lbs (previously 225 lbs)
🏋️‍♀️ Bench Press: 145 lbs (previously a failed attempt at 135 lbs)
🏋️‍♀️ Deadlift: 210 lbs (previously 200 lbs)
🏋️‍♀️ Shoulders Elevated Barbell Hip Thrust: 255 lbs

Her transformation is proof that hard work pays off! Katie’s attitude and approach to training have evolved tremendously. It’s a reminder that chasing performance over the number on the scale can lead to incredible results. Keep pushing, Katie – we’re so proud of you! 💥✨

Athlete spotlight 2 of 2, Carly has also been coming into for about a year. It’s truly incredible to see these pictures to see how far she has come.

I remember the first day of meeting her and seeing her move. To say the least it wasn’t a pretty sight to see. But her determination and her willingness to be coached helped her get these results.

I’m in amazement… this girl is floating in the air in these pictures. Carly has a relentless drive and dedication to her sport and I’m super excited to see the improvement to come. She’s only in 8th grade and it’s crazy to think she can continue to develop into something special.

Athlete spotlight 1 of 2 from this weekend. Regan has been coming into for over a year now and has seen incredible results.

She just PR’d all of her events at the middle school championship meet. She placed first in the 200 and triple jump. Second in long jump and third in the 100. Not only that she’s currently sitting top 5 in region in triple jump.

To follow all of that she PR’d again in her 200 meter dash and ran a 27.84! That’s the first time breaking sub 28.

She has qualified to run in the middle state meet in the 100, 200, long jump, triple jump and 4x100.

I’m super proud of this kid. She has the work ethic, determination, and patient to grow into a phenomenal athlete. I would seriously keep a eye on this one. She will do great things down the road!

My guy finally committed! I’ve had the pleasure to train this young man for the last several years and to see him move on to the next level is exciting, to say the least.

Kentucky Christian is getting such a great player on and off the court. Xarek is a loyal, humble and dedicated player that I know he’s going to continue to grow and develop at the next level.

Congrats my guy! Well Deserved!
