In the last 12 weeks, this 68-year-old client has achieved incredible results by committing to a consistent training protocol and nutrition plan. He first started training with us back in September 2023, weighing in at 226 pounds, and he’s now down to 204. Over these months, he’s put in the work, and it’s paid off in a big way.
The first year of training focused on building a strong foundation, helping him develop consistency and strength. Now, in these past 12 weeks, we’ve added a dedicated nutrition protocol to complement his training, and the changes have been remarkable.
Not only has he lost weight, but he’s also seen significant changes in his body composition. He’s dropped 10 pounds of fat mass, reduced his body fat percentage by 5%, and gained 4 pounds of lean muscle.
