This past weekend some of our competitive team boys had the opportunity to attend the Michigan Hot Shots camp in Troy.
The Hot Shots Camp offers young gymnasts the opportunity to work with some of the best coaches in Michigan. Participants are invited based on their strong work ethic, focus on improvement, and passion for the sport.

☀️ Mock Camp Day was a huge success! ☀️
Today, our camp staff spent the day practicing camp routines, activities, safety procedures, and teamwork to ensure we’re ready for an incredible summer. From games and group activities to hands-on training, our team worked hard while having plenty of fun along the way!

A special thank you to the families who allowed their campers to join us for Mock Camp Day. Your participation helped provide our staff with valuable hands-on experience and gave them the opportunity to practice real camp scenarios before the start of the summer season. We truly appreciate your support!

We are so proud of the energy, enthusiasm, and dedication our staff brought today. Their commitment to creating a safe, positive, and memorable experience for every camper is what makes Mills Summer Camp so special.

It's happening... we officially have a few SOLD OUT summer camp dates! 🎉

Every year families tell themselves, "I'll sign up next week..." and every year some are disappointed when the days they wanted are no longer available. 😬

At this point, we expect all remaining camp dates to fill soon, and several weeks are getting very close to capacity.

Our summer camp team is officially being trained, prepared, and counting down the days until camp begins!

Yesterday was filled with learning, team building, laughs, and lots of preparation to make sure your campers have the best summer possible. ☀️😎

Wow! Our first week of Summer Camp is pretty much FULL (with a couple of spots scattered here and there). Thank you, families! ❤️

But don't worry... there are still a few openings left for our Week 2: Farm Week (June 22-26)! 🐷🐮🐔

We're transforming our campers into little farmers for a week packed with hands-on fun, including:

🐝 A visit from a real beekeeper
⛳ Farm-themed mini golf
🐐 An awesome petting zoo
🌾 Farm games, activities, and challenges
🤸 Tons of movement, fun, and new friendships

Ready to level up your tumbling skills?! Join us Saturday, June 14th for TWO awesome specialty clinics at Mills Gymnastics!

💥 Round-Off Back Handspring Clinic
🕑 2:00pm–3:00pm

💥 Back Tuck Clinic
🕒 3:15pm–4:15pm

👧 Ages 5–18
💲 $25 per clinic

⚠️ Gymnasts MUST already have a standing back handspring to participate in these clinics.

These clinics are perfect for athletes wanting extra reps, drills, technique help, and confidence building on higher-level tumbling skills! Spots are limited and these tend to fill quickly!

Just a reminder that Mills Gymnastics will be CLOSED today, Memorial Day as we take time to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.

We hope all of our Mills families enjoy a safe, relaxing, and fun holiday filled with sunshine, family time, and maybe a few backyard cartwheels too ☀️🤸‍♀️
