4th Overall Team. 1st Place Teen Team. 🏆
An incredible weekend for Lighthouse Jiu-Jitsu at the Detroit IBJJF Open.

Our teens stepped up in a big way, earning 1st place as the top teen team and helping us secure 4th place overall. To achieve this only a few months after opening our doors makes it even more special. What we’re building is still in its infancy, and this result is just a glimpse of what’s to come.

We’re also incredibly proud of our adult competitors who stepped onto the mats, challenged themselves, and represented Lighthouse with toughness, professionalism, and heart. Wins and losses aside, the willingness to test yourself is what builds a strong team.

Thank you to our athletes, coaches, families, and supporters who continue to believe in our vision. We’ve only been at this for a few months, and we’re already making our presence felt. The foundation is being built, the culture is growing, and this is only the beginning.
