Hey everyone!

The team is having a meeting tomorrow at 8:30pm in the atrium at LTU (room TBD), and we'd really like to get some students and alumni out to support/meet the team and a couple potential new coaching prospects/sponsors. These include:

Danny Ervin (Fishing Complete, Inc. and Bass Pro Shops Pro Staff Member)

Ryan Said (LTU Alumni, Former FLW and Bassmaster Pro)

We're making strides toward becoming a varsity team on LTU's campus, and your support could help get us there! We'd appreciate any support you can provide even if you can't come to the meeting.

Congrats to anglers Josh Miller and Alex Uhlig on their victory at the Collge Bass Tour event on Muskegon Lake this past weekend!

The anglers focused on fishing brush piles at the mouth of the Muskegon River with green pumpkin swimjigs. The pair had a slow start to their morning and lost a few big bites but were able to dial in their pattern later in the afternoon to fill their limit and make some key culls to secure the win.

As we get back in the groove of the semester, who else is missing the brown fish?

Heres Shane and Travis' bag from Day 2 at the Michigan College Bass Circuit Classic a few weeks back. This helped them secure a 9th place finish, rounding out their 3rd top 10 in a row!

We all knew St. Clair would be wide open this past weekend, and the big pond did not take it easy on us!

The last regular season College Bass Tour event of the year was sure to test everyone’s equipment and patience as we drifted around LSC.

Both boats finished inside the top 10, including a 3rd and 7th place finish!

3rd- Barry Kennedy and Roy Swartzinski 21.5lbs
7th- Travis Baker and Shane Ziegler with 18.5lbs

This makes 3 top 10s in the last 2 events for the blue devils, and they’re looking to keep it going this weekend at Hubbard Lake!
