We did an obstacle course day! Trotting over ground poles, weaving through poles, trotting/ walking around barrels, halting at certain places, and even a small jump.
The girls definitely enjoyed it. After lots of practice they even did a speed round!

Our amazing friend Lisa and her handsome horse, Dougie, put on a wonderful Dressage Q&A for the campers this week!

Dougie was an absolute superstar and showed off all of his fancy moves, earning plenty of "oohs" and "aahs" from the girls. It was a fantastic opportunity for the campers to see the precision, partnership, and skill that go into dressage.

At camp, we do our best to expose our riders to as many aspects of the equestrian world as possible. From dressage and jumping to groundwork, roping, PEMF therapy, equine dentistry, and so much more, we love giving our campers a well-rounded horse experience that goes far beyond just riding.

A huge thank you to Lisa and Dougie for spending time with us and sharing their knowledge and talents with our campers! 🐴💕

Final day of horse camp!

As per tradition we ended the week with a group trail ride.🏇🏇🏇

We finished our morning with having the kids paint with their favorite camp horse! This activity is definitely one of our most cherished.

A Little Western Fun at Camp! 🤠🐴
We may be an English riding camp, but that doesn't mean we can't have a little Western fun! 😉

Today we were honored to have our friend Shelby come out and teach all of the girls how to rope! She did an awesome job demonstrating the basics and explaining each step before handing the ropes over to the campers.

Many of the girls took a real liking to it and jumped right in with confidence and enthusiasm! 🤠

This is something we've never offered before, and it was an absolute hit. We love giving our campers the chance to try new things and discover new skills, and today was definitely one for the books! 💙🐎✨

What a day! These girls are on a roll, tackling challenges and achieving their goals! 🙌

We had three young ladies take on their first canter yesterday, all wearing the biggest smiles! We also had several new riders successfully trot off the lunge line, while others hit the trails with Ally and enjoyed trotting through the fields.

After a full morning and afternoon of lessons, we wrapped up the day by building colorful kites with Cole. Anna also worked her magic with fairy hair, giving every rider a little extra sparkle to end another amazing day at camp. ✨🪁🐴
We can't wait to see what adventures Day 4 brings! 💙

🐴 Day 2 at Horse Camp! 🎨☀️
We had another fantastic day at camp! Our campers worked hard toward their individual goals, and it was so much fun watching their confidence grow. Some trotted off the lunge line for the first time, some went over their very first jump, some focused on improving their canter, and others enjoyed a beautiful trail ride with Ally.

Today's horsemanship lesson was all about tack! Campers learned the parts of the saddle and bridle, what each piece is called, and why every part plays an important role in communicating with and caring for our horses.

We wrapped up the day with a creative horse craft, where everyone painted their favorite camp horse. 🎨🐎

We're so proud of all the hard work, determination, and smiles we saw today and can't wait to see what Day 3 brings! 💙
