We’ve had a few questions about how a golf league works at SGC, so we put together a quick look at what a typical round could look like.

You’ll play a different virtual course each week on TrackMan, keep track of your score, and compete against the rest of the league — all from your bay at Southborough Golf Center.

🌱 The grass tees have served us well!

After a great stretch, it’s unfortunately time to give our grass tees a rest.

The grass tees will be closed until further notice. We’ll keep you posted when they’re ready to make their return!

This week, we lost a cherished member of Southborough Golf Center.

Skip Guss was a longtime instructor, former PGA Tour player, and Titleist staff instructor whose knowledge, kindness, and passion for the game touched countless golfers over the years.

We’re grateful for everything Skip gave to our community, and his legacy will live on through everyone he taught.

Our heartfelt condolences go out to his family and friends.

We are excited to see our Junior Golf Clinic continue to grow this summer ⛳️

To provide our young golfers with the best possible learning experience, the short game area will have slightly reduced access from 11-12 during the day, Monday-Wednesday until the end of August.

We appreciate the understanding and support of our members as we help grow the game and develop the next generation of golfers.

🚨TWO WEEKS AWAY🚨 from our inaugural summer Junior Clinics

One of the highlights of our clinics is the custom putting course, designed by our coaches Greg and Kevin to simulate real on-course situations. Students will learn to read greens, keep score, and follow golf etiquette while also having a blast. With 5-6 holes set up each week, the students are exposed to new challenges that make learning both fun and engaging.

Our goal is to help young golfers develop not only their skill, but also their confidence, sportsmanship, and understanding of the game for years to come.
