This exercise strengthens and integrates the upper back, shoulders, chest, and arms with your core muscles and improves posture.

This move requires stabilization of the low back, pelvis, thoracic spine, and shoulder girdle as you raise arms while in backward hinge.

Our community tea ceremony was so interesting. We learned how the tea trees grow and are cultivated in the mountains of China, how different teas are oxidized and the traditions of Gongfu tea drinking. It was amazing and delicious to experience how the flavors of the oolong and black teas unfold. Thank you very much to Zenith Leaf Tea company for expanding our horizons.
