ICYMI Our boy Mike was in town to check in on things since his move to Phoenix. From 2018 to 2025 he played a pivotal role in making TFK the premier studio in Southaven.

He always brought a positive attitude to everything he did and made sure everyone felt welcomed.

🕰️Vintage 2017 TFK : Back when everything started.

The space was small but it brought us all together.

Some faces have come and gone while some remain all these years later.

We had no clue what lied ahead, we just took it one day at a time.

It’s interesting how we take moments for granted while we’re in them - then they turn into fond memories.

Thank you to everyone that supported us in the early days, we would have never made it this far without you!

Jennifer has been here since the days of us being overcrowded in an 1,800sq ft space.

You can catch her at the 9am most days, always wearing a smile and making friends with everybody!

From nutrition seminars to marathon races with our members, he’s always put himself out there for the people of DeSoto County.

He’s a stellar father, a phenomenal husband and motivator for everyone around him.
