MENS 40+ FULL BODY WORKOUT: A new fitness program focused specifically for Men over 40 looking to build muscle, gain strength and create a lifelong habit to stay healthy, string and fit. This new program is lead by James Maio - a former Philadelphia police officer, competitive bodybuilder, and nutritional expert.
